Oscar Valdes is a Master Watchmaker with more than 48 years of experience in the watchmaking industry own brand name General Watch Co, "GWC". Mr. Valdes has been trained by high end manufacturers in the After Sales Service of the USA, Latin America and Switzerland.  He services and repairs highly complicated watches, makes hand-made spare parts for discontinued timepieces, and repairs collectible expensive wristwatches. The flag ship service center ‘Watch Service Center” is located in  Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico, this company is a subsidiary of the General Watch Co.  This location is equipped with all the “state  of the art” machinery, equipment, tools and technology to create and make metal  hardener,  innovate and build any parts for rare discontinued and collectible wristwatches.  In collaboration with the brands  we service the Watch Service Center team is born; “Best watch service repair  in Puerto Rico”.  The goals and dreams  of Mr. Oscar Valdes is to bring the same premium watch service repair to  all  of the Caribbean and Latin America Region.
